1:1 Square Structure

Features a simple ‘one over, one under’ weave pattern. This geometry creates perfectly square apertures, offering the highest dimensional stability for accurate particle separation.

High Flow Accuracy

Due to its rigid structure, the mesh openings do not deform under pressure. This ensures a consistent flow rate and precise filtration accuracy throughout the screening process.

Material Grade Options

Available in standard 304 for general use and 316L for marine or chemical environments. All materials are PMI tested to ensure corrosion resistance.

Standard Specifications

We stock a wide range from 1 Mesh to 200 Mesh. Roll widths are available in 1m, 1.22m, and 1.5m. Custom cutting services are available upon request.

FAQ

A: Our standard roll length is 30 meters (100 feet). Standard widths are 1m (39″), 1.22m (48″), and 1.5m (60″). We can also slit rolls to custom widths (min 20mm) upon request.

A: For fine mesh (< 20 mesh), we usually provide a wrapped/closed selvedge to prevent unraveling. For coarser mesh, it may be a raw edge. Please specify your preference when ordering.

A: Standard 304/316 stainless steel is non-magnetic or slightly magnetic due to cold working. If you require strictly non-magnetic properties, please let us know so we can perform annealing.
