Plain Weave Stainless Steel Mesh
As the most common and versatile weave, Plain Weave features a simple ‘over one, under one’ structure. This geometry provides the highest dimensional stability and accurate square apertures.It offers an excellent balance between high open area (flow rate) and mechanical stability. Our Plain Weave mesh is woven to strict ISO standards, ensuring uniform openings for critical sieving tasks.
Twill Weave Stainless Steel Mesh
When finer filtration requires stronger durability, we use Twill Weave. By passing shute wires over and under two warp wires, this structure reduces wire deformation and allows for thicker wire diameters than plain weave.The result is a much stronger cloth capable of withstanding higher tension and fatigue, even in ultra-fine mesh counts (up to 635 mesh).
Dutch Weave Stainless Steel Mesh
Different from square mesh, Dutch Weave uses distinct wire diameters for warp and shute to create a dense, ‘zero-aperture’ structure.This creates a tortuous path for filtration, offering superior mechanical strength and precise micron-level retention. It is robust enough to act as a standalone filter media without backing support, perfect for heavy-duty hydraulic systems.
